Coordinate Scaling from Camera Travel

Suppose the camera is on a straight dolly track, and you have measured how far the camera travelled along the track (lens position to lens position). You can use this measurement to set up the scaling of the overall coordinate system. You can also use the Camera Travel Phase to do this automatically.
