Creating Planar Trackers

In this section we'll talk about creating a planar tracker in a scene. It's pretty simple, just clicking on four corners, though there are a bunch of additional details to it.

SynthEyes's planar trackers have extensive masking capabilities to handle intervening occluding objects and complex shapes. While you'll usually configure those when you create the planar tracker, we defer them for now; see the Masking section.

In the following major section we'll talk about how to track your planar tracker through the whole scene.

Hint : Be sure to see the section on Adding more 3-D Planar Trackers in the Tracking section: it will save you from rework later.
