The specified solved camera or object at the phase's input is aligned and scaled, so that its tracker and object constraints are satisfied as best possible. Tracker positions and camera/object paths are adjusted appropriately. As part of this, the affected object's solve mode is set to Refine or Refine Tripod.
Note: the "Enforce" parameter is not currently used.
