Adds or clears the solver "hold" channel of the given camera for the given range of frames. The hold channel tells the solver when the camera is stationary, and tripod mode must be used temporarily.
Note that the trackers must be set up carefully to take advantage of this mode, see the manual discussion of the tracker Hold Preparation tool. Potentially this phase might be used to solve a nearly-stationary camera using hold mode at first, then again without it.
