The clean-up trackers dialog is modal, meaning you cannot adjust any other controls while the dialog is displayed. However, it is often helpful to adjust the user interface with the dialog open, for example to configure the graph editor or to locate a tracker in the viewports.
The clean-up dialog does offer a frame spinner along the bottom row, which allows you to rapidly scrub through the shot looking for particular trackers.
The dialog also offers the Unlock UI button, which temporarily makes the dialog modeless, permitting you to adjust other user-interface controls, bring up new panels, etc.
The keyboard accelerators do not work when Unlock UI is turned on. You need to use the main menu controls instead.
The “selected trackers” list processed by Clean Up Trackers is reloaded each time you turn off Unlock UI—if you are using the Selected Trackers option, but need to change which trackers those are, you can unlock the user interface and change them. But, you must have turned off all the Select buttons first, or they will affect what happens.
