Constrained Points Indicator Characters

These are the characters that may appear in the Axes column:

X. The tracker’s X coordinate is locked, either to the seed value or to the same coordinate of the tracker it is Locked To, if any.

Y. The tracker’s Y coordinate is locked, either to the seed value or to the same coordinate of the tracker it is Locked To, if any.

Z. The tracker’s Z coordinate is locked, either to the seed value or to the same coordinate of the tracker it is Locked To, if any.

D. The tracker is locked to be a fixed distance from the Locked To tracker. (See the Distance column for the value.) There can be 0, 1, or 2 coordinate axis locks as well, but there should not be three!

+ (plus sign). Indicates that the tracker is a seed (for Seed Point startup mode). Note that just because a tracker is a seed doesn’t mean it affects the coordinate system! It will only if it has coordinate system locks.

* (asterisk). Warns that the tracker and the tracker it is Locked To are on different cameras or moving objects.

s. (“stereo”) Indicates that the tracker is locked to a tracker on the other eye in a stereo setup. The asterisk will always also be present.

m. (“moving”) Indicates that either the tracker or the tracker it is locked to are on (different) moving objects, which is unusual. The asterisk will always also be present.
