After Stabilizing

Once you've finished stabilizing a shot, you'd like to get the updated stable footage. You can do that either by writing it out of SynthEyes directly, or by writing information about how to stabilize the shot, so that your downstream software, typically a compositing package, can generate the stabilized images as part of the other things it is doing to the shot, ranging from color grading to 3D inserts.
