To install to another app's python, use your operating system's search tools to locate the folder named site-packages within the app (or the python it uses). Copy SyPy or SyPy3 into site- packages, depending on which version that app uses.
You can set up SynthEyes's preferences to launch python within your app, or have it use the system python and use the other app's python only for workflow integration tasks launched within that app, rather than SynthEyes.
