If you have set up your own customized room configuration, or open an older SynthEyes scene file, you may need to update the room configuration to have a Planar room. Details follow.
Note : SynthEyes 1311, aka 2013.11.1029, or later is required for planar tracking.
To reset your room preferences to include the planar room, right-click in the tab- bar at top to get the room menu. Select Reset all to Factory, then right-click again and select Save all to Prefs.
Alternatively, if you wish to add the planar room to your existing custom configuration, start SynthEyes to get a clean new scene, right click and Add Room. Set it up with name Planar, panel Planar, secondary panel Planar Options, view Camera, Show Timebar checked, tooltip "Planar Tracking Panel: create and operate planar trackers." Then right-click Save all to Prefs.
If you open an older SNI scene file with no Planar room and wish to do planar tracking in it, right-click in the room area and select Reset all to Prefs.
