Looking to download SynthEyes? The installers are not publicly available anywhere on the website. How to access them depends on the situation...
▸ I'm looking for the demo version.
To download the demo version, you'll need to register for the demo; you'll shortly thereafter receive an email with directions and login information for the demo download area.
▸ I just bought a SynthEyes license.
If you just purchased SynthEyes, look in the email “SynthEyes License Information” for the temporary download link. The email is sent automatically at the time of purchase, so check your junk/spam folders.
You need to register and receive your permanent license email to enter the customer-only area.
▸ I bought a license less than a year ago.
Customers with active support (a license purchased or renewed within the last year) can always download the latest build via the Customer-Only Area. Access information is in your permanent license email, titled "SynthEyes Registration (SAVE THIS MAIL)", which you received after registering SynthEyes. Pro tip: if you've renewed SynthEyes, be sure to look in your most recent license email: access information from years ago won't work!
▸ I bought a license more than a year ago.
If you purchased SynthEyes more than a year ago and need to reinstall that older version, you can email support@ from your original purchasing email address and request a temporary download link for a specific version and operating system; be sure to include your serial number. Please archive that installer for future use. Even better: renew support for immediate access to the latest version!
