|
|
Hello,
I want to add a moving object after having solved my tracking. I manually track some moving object but when I want to solve it, syntheyes tell me : "Error: size constraint hasn't been set up." and "all the trackers are at the same location". I can't track any other object!!
Please help me!
Thanks for your advices. |

| I'm having the same problem. I've tracked and solved my camera, but I can't seem to solve the moving object. Any ideas? |

Sounds like you need to setup a size constraint!
Do this: Hold your finger up in front of your face. Close one eye. Going by appearance alone, how do you know that that finger is about 6 inches away? How do you know it's not a huge finger 12 feet away? Well okay apart from the fact that it's blurry and out of focus... but I think you get the point. You know it's not the latter because you KNOW the dimensions of your finger, and can therefore take a guess at the distance based on its size in the 2d space you are limited to with only one eye open.
Another thing: how do you know that you're not 100 feet tall in a massive room? Well without your own common-sense "size constraints" you wouldn't. Syntheyes has no common-sense because it's a computer program. So you need to tell it.
You can either add a distance constraint to trackers (recommended for objects) or you can manually set the coordinates (recommended for the scene solve). |
