Hi,
Behind The Sun is a music video Iīve made for the band Cause For Confusion. It was completely shot in a greenscreen room.
watch it on vimeo
Roughly 100 shots were matchmoved using Syntheyes. The tools I used were FCP, Syntheyes, Maya and Nuke.
Thanks Russ for developing such a great tool and making it affordable!
Enjoy the journey.

Really not a fan of this type of music, however....
the video is very well done. Good match moving, excellent integration into the background. ONly bit I had a slight wobble with was the very end. Great job all in. Like it. |

Pretty good. I liked the sun's look a lot! I noticed a few spots where the keying could have been better (black outlines against white, a bit hard to see).
Apart from that it was really good!
@gordonrobb at what time was the wobble? I kept looking for it but I couldn't see anything wobble. |

Thank you guys.
In some clips the keying isnīt perfect - youīre right GraphicsKid. But thatīs all I could achieve in this short amount of time. Keying DV footage from a Canon XL2 with a non-even green background is hard sometimes.
My main focus was the performance of the musicians. This was their first music video and it took a lot of takes till insecurity went away and a natural feeling came. |

| Ah ok. I didn't know about the quality of the green screen, and don't worry, it's pretty difficult to see the error. |
