Hi,
We purchased syntheyes last week and have now fully installed it on our system, it is working fine except we dont have all of the export options and so we cant export to our compositing program, after effects.
Do we have to download the scripts separately? Is there something we are doing wrong, or is there a fault in our copy of the software?
Regards,
Adam |

| Might be on about the wrong thing, but I think you have to export to AE via the Maya exporter. I'm sure there is a tutorial, or instructions in the help file/manual on how to do it. But as I say, may be wrong. |

Please see the support page on the web site... this can happen on Macs, seems to involve IT admins locking down the machines a bit much.
Note that support queries should go by email for timely response in general. |
