SynthEyes customers can click the following link to enter the internal support site and download the latest builds and scripts. You will need your customer care information to log in, from the email containing your permanent authorization information. This email was sent to you after you completed registration, and has the subject line: "SynthEyes Registration (SAVE THIS MAIL)". To download your proper SynthEyes build you will also need your full serial number.
If you have trouble logging in: First, make sure you are using copy and paste to enter the login information; watch out for zero versus oh, one versus el. Second, please note that SynthEyes comes with one year of technical support. With SynthEyes 2011 out, support login information from older SynthEyes versions is expiring. It might be the perfect time to upgrade, see the online store. All the great new scripts require SynthEyes 2011. If your machine is trashed and you need an old installer, please contact us.
